Thermoplastics are a resource-efficient material that can be recycled over and over again while maintaining their quality. This makes plastic particularly suitable for circular production flows. The small amount of waste material that we cannot recycle internally is sorted at our environmental station and handled in collaboration with the recycling company Carl F.
Injection molding normally requires large amounts of water to cool the process. To reduce consumption, we have built a closed cooling system where the same water circulates. We use the excess heat to heat production facilities, warehouses, and offices—good for the environment and smart for production.
